You need to bring your own tent, tables and weights to weigh your tent down, we do not supply these.
No power is available – if you require power to operate, you must have a silent generator – no exceptions. All leads must be tagged and tested and in date, be prepared to not be able to use your leads if this hasn’t been done.
We cannot use the shopping trolleys to store, or transport our stock in or out of the market. If you don’t intend to bring your car in to unpack or load, please bring your own flat bed trollies or be prepared to carry.
Please do not park or block the zebra crossings
Bump in is strictly from 6.00am to 8.30am, no late comers accepted – please show your other stallholders respect by being on time and organised.
Bump out : on pack down of your stall, come to the top of the market to collect a ticket, which will allow you to bring in your vehicle.
Weighing your tent down – No pegging at all – you must secure your tent with sand or water weights, do not tie your tent to trees or other fixed objects. If you do not have weights, you won’t be able to trade. All weights must be a minimum of 5kg each to weigh each leg of your gazebo down. No “phoney” weights – get the proper ones guys. They must secure to the leg of your tent, a 1kg shopping bag sitting on the foot of a tent leg doesn’t cut it. The idea is to weigh your tent down in case a gust of wind comes through.
Rubbish Removal – Stall holders are responsible for their own rubbish removal, bins are provided for public only.
Vehicles that drive through the market, must have their hazard lights on, the procedure is to unpack your stock from your vehicle, remove your vehicle to clear way for other stall holders, then set up. No vehicles or trailers to be left on site.
Do not drive on the grass, gardens or dirt – please respect our venue.
